Car Hire Terms and Conditions
Payment and Deposits
- Cars are not booked or confirmed until a deposit has been made and cleared.
- Minimum $200 non refundable deposit required to secure your choice of cars
- All prices are inclusive of GST
- Final payment terms are strictly 7 days prior to the event.– If payment has not been made in full, the cars will not be at the destination on the day.
- Your booking may incur additional charges for waiting time, tolls and car park charges.
- Cars exceeding the number of hours booked, will incur additional charges -charged in 15 minute intervals.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the cars become unavailable for reasons beyond our control and we are unable to provide a substitute vehicle, a full refund will be provided to the client.
- If a booking is cancelled from the clients part, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If a wedding booking is cancelled within 8 weeks from the start of the period of hire, the client may still be charged the full amount.
Terms and Conditions
- Whilst we do our best to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control– ie: traffic, accidents etc.
- The driver will drive at a safe and sensible speed in accordance with the NSW road rules.
- Clients will be responsible for any damage that is caused to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle whilst on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair required in order to reinstate the vehicle to working order.
- We may provide sub-contracted vehicles if need be.
- If there are any changes or variations including extra kilometers to the journey other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with our pricing.
- In an event, where by a car becomes unavailable beyond our control, We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time.
- Every effort will be made to ensure that our vehicle(s) arrive on time.
- Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the client at the time of booking.
- Our vehicle(s) are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and we shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
- Any valuables left in the car will be returned to its rightful owner
- We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
- We have a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles.
- Public holidays incur additional charges.
